• Calls are kept focused so we can help as many tenants as possible.

• If you already have a court hearing, we can arrange a McKenzie Friend support Service (£400 fixed fee) to attend with you.

• If you want ongoing legal protection, we can explain how to join our £10/month tenant membership.

Our role is to make sure you are never left without housing defence or support when it matters most.
